Women's Cross Country Team Finishes 11th at Otterbein Invitational

WESTERVILLE, Ohio – The Baldwin Wallace University women's cross country teams finished 11th at the Otterbein Invitational.

The Yellow Jacket women finished 11th of 13 teams with 321 points.

The women's team was paced by freshman Kelly Brennan (Akron/Walsh Jesuit) as she finished fourth of 208 runners with a time of 22:59.5.

In addition to Brennan, freshman Hannah Fredriksen (Hamburg, N.Y) placed 69th with a time of 25:34.4.  Sophomore Maeve Christie (Lakewood) finished in 75th place with a time of 25:44.6 and freshman Alexis Hercenberg (Johnstown/Johnstown-Monroe) was 126th with a time of 27:21.1.

BW is now idle until Friday, October 2 when it travels to Cedarville to compete in the All-Ohio Division III Championships hosted by Cedarville University on the Elvin R. King Cross Country Course at 2 p.m.
