BALDWIN WALLACE ATHLETICS INFORMATION:   Sarah Terrill played four seasons of golf at Baldwin Wallace University and earned four varsity letters.  She had her best season as a collegian as a senior in 2012-2013.

ACADEMIC HONORS AT BW: Sarah was an outstanding student who maintained a 3.85 grade point average and graduated Summa Cum Laude.  She was a Dean's List student who is involved with the BW Honors Program. Sarah also was a Jacket Scholar and inducted into the Chi Alpha Sigma Honor Society. 

As a senior in 2012-2013, Sarah earned Academic All-Ohio Athletic Conference honors.

 

GENERAL GOLFING INFORMATION:    Sarah Terrill played four seasons of women's golf and earned four varsity letters. She had her best season as a senior.  She helped the Yellow Jackets to compile a 225-117-2 overall record and win 14 tournament titles, including two Ohio Athletic Conference titles (2011 and 2012) and a pair of berths in the NCAA Division III National Tournament (2011 and 2012).

Individually, Sarah played in 28 tournaments and 48.5 rounds of 18 holes and averaged 106.41 strokes per round.  She shot a career-low round of 88 on the first day of the Ohio Wesleyan University Laura Bump Tournament.

As a freshman in 2009-2010, Sarah competed in her first season of golf and earned her first varsity letter. In the fall of 2009, she competed in three tournaments and six rounds and averaged 110.33 strokes per round, including a season-best 103 in the first round of the BW Yellow Jacket Invitational.  During the spring of 2010, Sarah competed in five tournaments and nine rounds and averaged 110.22 strokes per round.  Her best round came at the Mount Union Spring Invitational where she recorded a 99 on the first day. Sarah placed 28th (100+101=201) at the 2010 OAC Championships.

As a sophomore in 2010-2011, Sarah played her second season of golf and earned her second letter. In the fall of 2010, Sarah competed in four tournaments and seven rounds and averaged 102.86 strokes per round, including a season-best 98 on the second day of the BW Yellow Jacket Invitational. During the spring of 2011, Sarah played in four tournaments and seven rounds and averaged 106.14 strokes per round, including a low round of 98 on the first day of the University of Mount Union Invitational. The Yellow Jackets compiled a 83-18 combined fall and spring record, won four invitational titles, including the 2011 OAC title and placed 16th at the NCAA Division III National Tournament in Florida. 

As a junior in 2011-2012, Sarah competed in her third season of golf and earned her third letter. In the fall of 2011, Sarah competed in three tournaments and four rounds and averaged 111.50 strokes per round, including a season-low 102 on the second day of the Heidelberg University Tournament.  Although Sarah did not compete in the spring of 2012, she was a member of the 2012 OAC Championship team that placed 15th at the NCAA Division III National Tournament. BW finished 59-42-1 overall.

As a senior in 2012-2013, Sarah played her fourth season of golf and earned her fourth letter. In the fall of 2012, Sarah played in four tournaments and eight rounds and averaged 108.00 strokes per round, including a season-low 103 on two separate occasions. In the spring of 2013, she played in five tournaments and 7.5 rounds and averaged a career-low 97.87 strokes per round, including a career-low of 88 on the first day of the Ohio Wesleyan University Laura Bump Invitational Tournament. BW finished 63-13 overall.

HOMETOWN & HIGH SCHOOL INFORMATION:   Sarah Terrill grew up in Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio and graduated from Cuyahoga Valley Christian Academy.

She played four seasons of golf and earned four varsity letters. She also competed in track and field and lettered as a junior.

In golf, Sarah was the Cuyahoga Valley Christian Academy Most Improved Player award winner three times (as a freshman, junior and senior). She averaged 48 strokes per round (nine holes) with a career-best score of 44.

Academically, Sarah was a member of the National Honor Society, received a Scholar-Athlete Award at CVCA each year and received the CVCA "Book" Award for Excellence in English.
