Men's Cross Country Team Finishes Sixth at Otterbein Invitational

WESTERVILLE, Ohio – The Baldwin Wallace University men's cross country team finished sixth at the Otterbein Invitational.

The Yellow Jackets placed sixth of 15 teams with 203 points. 

BW was led by sophomore Brian Brennan (Akron/Walsh Jesuit) as he placed third out of 231 runners with a career-best time of 25:59.1.  

In addition to Brennan, sophomore Brady Jeffers (South Amherst/Firelands) placed 34th with a season-best time of 27:28.1. Sophomore Evan Milovich (Westlake) finished in 50th place with a season-best time of 27:48.3.  Freshman Phil Spronz (Strongsville) placed 61st with a career-best time of 28:01.3 and freshman Todd Cushing (Plymouth, Mass. /Plymouth North) was 74th with a career-best time of 28:11.4.

BW is now idle until Friday, October 2 when it travels to Cedarville to compete in the All-Ohio Division III Championships hosted by Cedarville University on the Elvin R. King Cross Country Course at 2 p.m.
