BALDWIN WALLACE ATHLETICS INFORMATION: As a junior in 2013-2014, Eric Sokol participated in his third season of soccer at Baldwin Wallace University and earned his third varsity letter.

GENERAL SOCCER INFORMATION:  In his three seasons in Berea, Eric has helped the Yellow Jackets compile a 30-23-7 record and one NCAA Division III National Tournament berth.  Individually, Eric has played in 38 matches, taken 29 shots, including 11 on-goal, while scoring one goal and recording 2 points.

As a freshman in 2011-2012, Eric competed in his first season of soccer and earned his first varsity letter. He saw action in six games off the bench and took one shot. He helped the Yellow Jackets compile a school-record 16 victories and a 16-6 record en route to the school's first-ever NCAA Division III national tournament berth.

As a sophomore in 2012-2013, Eric competed in his second season of soccer and earned his second letter.  He played in 15 games, took 10 shots, including two on-goal.  He played a key role on defense. BW finished 7-6-4 overall.

As a junior in 2013-2014, Eric is competing in his third season of soccer and earned his third varsity letter. He saw action in 20 games, taking 21 shots, with 9 of those shots on-goal, Eric scored one goal, while recording zero assist for a total of 2 points on the season.

HIGH SCHOOL SPORTS PLAYED (YEARS & LETTERS EARNED), HONORS and AWARDS:    Eric played four years of soccer and earned four varsity letters.  He received numerous accoladesand had 21 career goals and 18 assists for 60 career points. He was a an All-Section player both his junior and senior seasons, and than received  Section 1 Player of the Year Honors and  was named an All-WPIAL performer following his senior season. 

Academically, Eric was on the Honor Roll during each of his four years.
