ACADEMIC MAJOR: Exercise Science
BW ATHLETICS INFORMATION: James Coleman tried to play his fourth season of football at Baldwin Wallace University in 2014-2015, but was unable to finish the season due to an injury.
GENERAL FOOTBALL INFORMATION: As a freshman in 2011-2012, James played his first season of football and received a certificate of participation. He saw playing time on the junior varsity squad as a defensive back. BW finished 8-2 overall and finished 24th in the final AFCA (AMerican Football Coaches Association) Division III national poll.
As a sophomore in 2012-2013, James played his second season of football and earned a certificate of participation. He played in the secondary on the junior vartsity team. BW finished 7-3 overall.
As a junior in 2013-2014, James played his third season of football and earned his first varsity letter. James made 18 total tackles and had one fumble recovery. BW finished 6-4 overall.
As a senior in 2014-2015, James tried to play his fourth season of football, but was unable due to an injury. He may receive a medical red-shirt. BW finished 5-5 overall.

HOMETOWN & HIGH SCHOOL INFORMATION: James grew up in Akron, Ohio and attended Firestone High School.
James played four years of football and earned two varsity letters. James also bowled for two years and earned one varsity letter.
James was an Honor Roll and Merit Roll student.
