Track and Field Releases 2018 Schedule

BEREA, Ohio – The Baldwin Wallace University men's and women's track and field teams will start the 2018 season on the right foot when they host the Ohio Athletic Conference North Split on Jan. 19 on the Harrison Dillard Track inside the Lou Higgins Center.

Two other home meets highlight the indoor season when the Yellow Jackets host the Dr. William Taraschke Classic on Jan. 26 and the Mid-February Meet on Feb. 9. 

In addition, BW travels to Hillsdale, Michigan, for the Hillsdale Wide Track Classic on Feb. 2-3, Westerville for the All-Ohio Indoor Championships on Feb. 10 and Alliance for the Raider Tune-Up on Feb. 17.

Capital University plays host to the OAC Indoor Championships which will be held at the Capital University Field House on Feb. 23-24 and the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point will host the NCAA Last Chance Meet on March 3 at the Multi Activity Center. 

The indoor season is capped off at the NCAA Indoor Championships in Birmingham, Alabama, at the Birmingham CrossPlex on March 9-10.

One week later, the outdoor season will begin with a trip to Terre Haute, Indiana, for the Rose-Hulman Early Bird on March 17. The Yellow Jackets will then compete at the Wooster Invitational on March 23, the Goucher (Md.) T&F Classic on March 24 and Wittenberg's "Coach Rob" Invitational on March 30. 

April opens up with trips to Alliance and Delaware will follow for the John Homon Open, hosted by the University of Mount Union, on April 7 and the All-Ohio Outdoor Championships on April 14, hosted by Ohio Wesleyan University.

BW will host the 49th Sparky Adams Invitational on April 21 and the Harrison Dillard Twilight on May 11 inside George Finnie Stadium. 

The OAC Outdoor Championships will take place on April 27-28 inside Kerscher Stadium on the campus of Ohio Northern. 

Wisconsin-La Crosse will host the NCAA Outdoor Championships on May 24-26 at the Veterans Memorial Field Sports Complex in La Crosse, Wisconsin to end the 2018 track and field season.
