BW ATHLETICS INFORMATION: Maggie Urban competed in her third season of track and field at Baldwin Wallace University in 2014-2015. The school record-holder in the hammer throw earned her third varsity letter.
SCHOOL RECORD: As a junior in 2014-2015, Maggie set a school-record with a throw of 179'0" in the hammer.
TRACK HONORS: As a sophomore in 2013-2014, Maggie was named as the OAC Track Athlete of the Week on April 21, 2014.
As a junior in 2014-2015, Maggie placed 20th in the hammer at the NCAA Division III National Outdoor Championship Meet.
GENERAL INDOOR TRACK AND FIELD INFORMATION: As a freshman in 2012-2013, Maggie competed in her first season of indoor track and field. She had a career-best in the shot put (34'5.5") and a season-best toss in the weight throw (42'10.25").
As a sophomore in 2013-2014, Maggie competed in her second season of indoor track and field. She had season-best in the weight throw (49'1.75").
As a junior in 2014-2015, Maggie competed in her third season of indoor track. She had a career-best in the weight throw (50'6.25").
GENERAL OUTDOOR TRACK AND FIELD INFORMATION: As a freshman in 2012-2013, Maggie competed in her first season of outdoor track and field and earned her first letter. She had a career-best throw of 94'3" in the discus and season-best throws of 143'10" in the hammer and 89'7" in the javelin.
As a sophomore in 2013-2014, Maggie competed in her second season of outdoor track and earned her second letter. She set a school-record in the hammer throw of 172'2" at the BW "Sparky" Adams Meet on April 19, 2014 and won the event at the 2014 All-Ohio Division III Championship Meet. Maggie was named as the OAC Track Athlete of the Week on April 21, 2014. She had season-best throws of 33'4" in the shot put and 89'5" in the discus and career-best throws in the hammer and 91'2" in the javelin.
As a junior in 2014-2015, Maggie competed in her third season of outdoor track and earned her third letter. She set a school-record in the hammer with a throw of 179'0". Maggie placed 20th in the hammer at the NCAA Div. III Outdoor National Meet with a throw of 160'2".

HOMETOWN & HIGH SCHOOL INFORMATION: Maggie Urban grew up in Cleveland, Ohio and graduated from St. Joseph's Academy.
Maggie competed in track and field for three year and was captain for one. She lettered all three years she competed, and broke two school records for indoor shot put and weight throw.
