ACADEMIC MAJOR: Psychology/ Neuroscience
BW ATHLETICS INFORMATION: Lauren Fredriksen ran her third season of indoor (winter) and outdoor (spring) track and field at Baldwin Wallace University in 2014-2015. She has earned two letters in cross country and earned her second letter in track.
ACADEMIC HONORS: Lauren carries a 3.474 grade point average, is a Dean's List student. She received the Pitcher Psuchology Award at Honors Day in 2015 and is a member of the Chi Alpha Sigma Honor Society.
INDOOR TRACK AND FIELD INFORMATION: As a freshman in 2012-2013, Lauren competed in her first season of indoor track. She had a career-best time in the 3000-meter run (12:25.75).
As a sophomore in 2013-2014, Lauren ran her second season of indoor track. She had a season-best time in the 3000 meters (12:33.11).
As a junior in 2014-2015, Lauren competed in her third season of indoor track. She had season-bests in the 3000-meter run (14:18.68) and 5000-meter run (24:36.47).
As a senior in 2015-2016, Lauren is competing in her fourth season of indoor track.
OUTDOOR TRACK AND FIELD INFORMATION: As a freshman in 2012-2013, Lauren competed in her first season of outdoor track and received a certificate of participation. She had a season-best in the 3000-meter steeplechase (14:02.78).
As a sophomore in 2013-2014, Lauren ran her second season of outdoor track and earned her first varsity letter. She had career-bests in the 3000-meter steeplechase (13:27.77) and 5000-meter run (22:40.38).
As a junior in 2014-2015, Lauren did not compete in outdoor track.

HOMETOWN & HIGH SCHOOL INFORMATION: Lauren Fredriksen grew up in Hamburg, Ohio and graduated from Hamburg High School. Lauren was a four year letter winner in both cross country and track.
