BW ATHLETICS INFORMATION:  Rachel Holowecky competed in her second season of indoor (winter) and outdoor (spring) track and field in 2014-2015. The Academic All-Ohio Athletic Conference pentathlete indoors (five events) and heptathlete outdoors (seven events) earned her second varsity letter.

ACADEMIC HONORS: Rachel carries a 3.75 grade point average, is a Dean's List student and Jacket Scholar. She also is a member of the Chi Sigma Alpha Honor Society. As a sophomore in 2014-2015, she earned Academic All-OAC honors.

GENERAL INDOOR TRACK INFORMATION:  As a freshman in 2013-2014, Rachel ran her first season of indoor track. She had career-bests in the five-event pentathlon (2,863 points), 55-meter hurdles (9.60 seconds), 60-meter hurdles (9.81 seconds) and long jump (16'2.5"). She also had season-bests in the 800-meter run (2:38.38), high jump (5'0.25") and shot put (23'2.75").

As a sophomore in 2014-2015, Rachel competed in her second season of indoor track. She had career-bests in the 55-meter dash (8.13 seconds), 800-meter run (2:36.15) and shot put (23'9"). She also had season-bests in the pentathlon (2,750 pints), 55-meter hurdles (9.74 seconds), 60-meter hurdles (10.16 seconds) and long jump (15'4").

As a junior in 2015-2016, Rachel is competing in her third season of indoor track.

GENERAL OUTDOOR TRACK INFORMATION:  As a freshman in 2013-2014, Rachel ran her first season of outdoor track and earned her first varsity letter. She had a season-bests in the 100-meter hurdles (17.35 seconds), high jump (4'11"), long jump (15'7.5") and javelin (71'8").

As a sophomore in 2014-2015, Rachel competed in her second season of track and earned her second letter. She had career-bests in the 200-meter dash (27.24 seconds), 800-meter run (2:37.21), 100-meter hurdles (16.43 seconds), high jump (5'0.5"), shot put (27'2"), javelin (98'0") and heptathlon (3,779 points) and a season-best in the long jump (14'7"). The BW women finished an all-time best-tying eighth at the 2015 NCAA Div. III National Meet.

As a junior in 2015-2016, Rachel is competing in her third season of outdoor track and hopes to earn her third letter.
