BW ATHLETICS INFORMATION: Sean Hemlick played four seasons of football at Baldwin Wallace University (2011-2014). The All-Ohio Athletic Conference student-athlete was a starting offensive tackle, a team captain and the recipient of the Dick Van Almen Outstanding Offensive Lineman award.

ACADEMIC HONORS:  Sean carried a 3.436 grade point average, was a Dean's List student and a member of the Chi Sigma Alpha Honor Society.

ATHLETICS HONORS:  As a senior in 2014-2015, Sean earned honorable mention All-OAC honors. He also was a team captain and the recipient of the Dick Van Almen Outstanding Offensive Lineman award at the 2014 team banquet.

GENERAL FOOTBALL INFORMATION:   Sean Hemlick played four years of football and earned three varsity letters. He helped the Yellow Jackets compile a 25-15 record with a .625 winning percentage. The honorable mention All-OAC selection as a senior started for three years at offensive tackle. In his three seasons as a starter, BW averaged 29.0 points and nearly 360 yards of total offense per game.

As a freshman in 2011-2012, Sean played his first season of football and earned a certificate of participation. He split time between the varsity and junior varsity teams on the offensive line. BW finished 8-2 overall and was ranked 24th in the final AFCA (American Football Coaches Association) Division III national poll.

As a sophomore in 2012-2013, Sean played his second season of football and earned his first varsity letter. He saw time on the varsity squad at offensive tackle and played in the rotation. By the end of the season, he was the starter.  He helped the BW offense to average 32.4 points and 369.6 yards of total offense per game. BW finished 7-3 overall.

As a junior in 2013-2014, Sean played his third season of football and earned his second letter. He started all 10 games at left tackle and helped BW average 26.1 points and 352.0 yards of total offense per game. BW finished 6-4 overall.

As a senior in 2014-2015, Sean played his fourth season of football and earned his third letter. He started at OT and was a key mainstay on the line for the third straight year. The team captain helped BW to average 28.5 points and 355.1 yards of total offense per game. He earned honorable mention All-OAC honors and was the recipient of the Dick Van Almen Outstanding Offensive Lineman award. BW finished 5-5 overall.

HOMETOWN & HIGH SCHOOL INFORMATION: Sean Hemlick grew up in Uniontown, Ohio and graduated from Lake High School.

Sean played four years of football and wrestled for four years. In football, he earned four varsity letters. He earned three in wrestling.

In football, Sean earned All-Federal League, All-Stark County, All-Northeast Inland District and All-Ohio honors.

In wrestling, Sean earned All-County honors as a sophomore, junior and senior. As a senior, he earned second-team All-FL honors and was a state alternate after placing fifth at the District Tournament. 

Academically, Sean was a National Honors Society student who was an Academic Award recipient.
