BW ATHLETICS INFORMATION:  Devonte Greer played his fourth season of football at Baldwin Wallace University (2011-2014) and earned one varsity letter.

GENERAL FOOTBALL INFORMATION: Devonte Greer played four years of football and earned one varsity letter. The three-year varsity contributor helped the Yellow Jackets to compile a 25-15 career record with a .625 winning percentage.

Individually, Devonte played in 19 career games both in the secondary and on special teams. He had 58 career tackles, including a career-high 53 as a senior. He also had a tackle for loss, a fumble recovery and three pass breakups. His 53 tackles as a senior led the secondary.

As a freshman in 2011-2012, Davonte played his first season of football and received a certificate of participation. He saw all of his playing time at the junior varisty level as a safety. BW finished 8-2 overall and was ranked 24th in the final AFCA (American Football Coaches Association) Division III national poll.

As a sophomore in 2012-2013, Davonte played his second season of football and received his second certificate of participation. He split time between the varsity and junior varsity teams in the secondary. Devonte played in three varsity games and recorded one tackle. BW finished 7-3 overall.

As a junior in 2013-2014, Davonte played in his third season of football and received his third certificate of participation. He played in six varsity games in the secondary and on special teams and recorded four tackles and a pass breakup. He was utilized mostly in passing/ "nickel back", passing situations. BW finished 6-4 overall.

As a senior in 2014-2015, Davonte played his fourth season of football and earned his first varsity letter. He started at safety and led the secondary with 53 tackles, including one for loss. He also had one fumble recovery and broke up two passes. BW finished 5-5 overall.

HOMETOWN & HIGH SCHOOL INFORMATION:  Davonte grew up in Columbus, Ohio and graduated from Columbus Mifflin High School.

Davonte played two years of football and earned one varsity letter. He played four seasons of basketball and earned one letter. He also played one year of baseball and lettered.

In basketball, Davonte was selected by his coaches to earn the Harold A Meyer Sportsmanship Ethic & Integrity.

Academically, Davonte was ranked fifth in his graduating class and had a 3.431 grade point average.
