BALDWIN-WALLACE COLLEGE INFORMATION:

SPORTS PLAYED AT B-W (YEARS AND LETTERS WON):   As a junior in 2011-12, Sarah competed in her third seasons of cross country and track. She earned her third varsity letter in both cross country and track.  

ACADEMIC HONORS: As a sophomore in 2010-2011, Sarah became a Jacket Scholar for maintaining a cumulative GPA above 3.5.  She was also inducted into the Chi Alpha Sigma honor society.

GENERAL CROSS COUNTRY INFORMATION:  Sarah has had a solid cross country career thus far.  B-W had a record of 292-100-1 in her three years of wearing the Brown and Gold.  She has earned three varsity letters and she earned First Team All-OAC honors as a freshmanand sophomore and All-Great Lakes Region honors as a sophomore.  

As a freshman in 2009-2010, Sarah competed in her first season of cross country and earned her first varsity letter. She finished eighth place at the 2009 OAC Championship Meet at Wilmington College, which is a career-best for her and also earned First Team All-OAC Honors at the meet. She posted a season-best time of 19:08.6 at the Calvin (Mich.) College Knight Invitational. 

As a sophomore in 2010-2011, Sarah competed in her second season of cross country.  Sarah earned All-Ohio honors for placing 11th of 135 runners at the All-Ohio Meet at Cedarville on Oct. 1.  She also earned All-OAC honors with an eighth place finish at the OAC Championships with a time of 22:54.  Earned All-Great Lakes Region honors with 32nd place finish in 22:53.1.

As a junior in 2011-12, Sarah ran in her third season of cross country. Sarah had her best finish at the College of Wooster Invitational when she placed 3rd overall in a time of 20:32.38.  At the OAC Conference Championship meet she placed 13th at a time of 23:11.4.  At the NCAA Division III Great Lakes Regional meet, Sarah finished 34th out of 251 runners with a time of 22:37.52

GENERAL INDOOR INFORMATION: Sarah had has a solid indoor track career thus far.  B-W holds an 86-4 record in her first three seasons.  She has earned three varsity letters in her first three years.

As a freshman in 2009-2010, Sarah competed in her first season of indoor track. She finished a career-best, second place in the women's open 3000-meter run at the 2010 Cleveland College Championship. She posted a season-best time of of 18:23.06 in the women's open 5000-meter run at the 2010 OAC Indoor Track and Field Championship hosted by Marietta College and finished in third place. She also placed sixth in the women's open 1 mile run at the Crimsion and Gold Meet with a time of 5:35.30. As a sophomore in 2010-2011, Sarah will compete in her season of indoor track.

As a sophomore in 2010-2011, Sarah competed in her second season of indoor track.She had a season best of 10:46.54 in the 3000 meter run during the BW-Mid Janurary meet and a season best of 18:34.31 in the 5000-meter run and also a personal best of 5:30.73 in the mile. Look for Sarah to compete during outdoor season this spring. 

As a junior in 2011-2012, Sarah competed in her third season of indoor track. She set a team best of 10.54.32 in the 3000 meter run at the Greater Cleveland College Championship and a season best of 18:29.07 in the 5000-meter race in the Ohio Athletic Conference Indoor Championship.

GENERAL OUTDOOR INFORMATION: Sarah has had a solid outdoor track career thus far.  B-W has a 115-14 record while Sarah is in the Brown and Gold.  

As a freshman in 2009-2010, Sarah competed in her first season of outdoor track.  Sarah established personal-best times in the 10,000-meter run with a time of 39:19.15 which is a team-best as well and in the 3000-meter steeplechase with a time of 12:01.20.

As a sophomore in 2010-2011, Sarah competed in her second season of outdoor track. Sarah had two personal best times in the 5000-meter run with a time of 18:08.00, and also in the 10,000 meter run with a time of 39:10.55.  Sarah also picked up the 1500-meter run with a time of 5:10.24. Look for Sarah to compete in the 2012 outdoor season. 

As a junior in 2011-12, Sarah competed in her third season of outdoor track.  At the Marv Frye Invitational, Sarah placed 4th overall and set her season-best time of 18:25.11 in the 5000-meter run.

HIGH SCHOOL HONORS, SPECIFY SPORT & YEAR: (ALL-CONFERENCE, DISTRICT,  ETC.): In cross country, Sarah was a three-time first-team All-Sandusky Bay Conference performer (2005,2006, 2008) and a second-team pick in 2007.  As a senior, she also was team captain, team MVP, State Qualifier and earned the Coaches Award and Most Dedicated Award. In track, she was SBC and District Champ in the 3200 meters as a junior.  She also qualfied for the state meet as a junior and senior in the 3200.
