BALDWIN WALLACE ATHLETICS INFORMATION: Emily Payne completed her third season of swimming at Baldwin Wallace University in 2013-2014 and earned her third varsity letter.

ACADEMIC HONORS: In 2012-2013, Emily was named Academic All-Ohio Athetic Conference. She also is a Dean's List student and a Jacket Scholar. A s a junior in 2013-2014, Emily earned Academic All Ohio Athletic Conference honors holding a 3.768 grade point average

GENERAL SWIMMING AND DIVING INFORMATION: Emily has personal-bests of 27.25 seconds in the 50-yard freestyle, 59.55 in the 100 free, 36.27 seconds in the 50-yard breaststroke, 1:14.50 in the 100 breaststroke, 2:52.54 in the 200 breaststroke and 2:39.10 in the 200-yard individual medley.

As a freshman in 2011-12, Emily completed her first season of swimming and earned her first letter. She had a season-best of 29.45 seconds in the 50 free, 1:04.06 in the 100 free, 36.94 seconds in the 50 breaststroke and 1:18.23 in the 100 breaststroke.

As a sophomore in 2012-2013, Emily competed in her second season of swimming and earned her second letter. She had season-bests in 50 free (29.33), 100 free (1:02.22), 50 breaststroke (36.89), 200 breaststroke (2:52.54) and 200 IM (2:39.10). For her efforts both in the classroom and in the pool, Emily was named Academic All-OAC.

As a junior in 2013-2014, Emily competed in her third season of swimming and earned her third varsity letter. She posted personal-bests in the 50-yard freestyle (27.25), 100-yard freestyle (59.55), 500-freestyle (6:30.02), 50-yard breaststroke (36.27), 100-yard breaststoke (1:14.50), and 100-yard butterfly (1:15.38).

HOMETOWN & HIGH SCHOOL INFORMATION: Emily Payne grew up in Ligonier, Pennsylvania and graduated from Ligonier Valley High School. She earned four letters in swimming and two in soccer.

In swimming, Emily qualified for the District meet all four years.

Academically, Emily was an Honor Roll student.
