BALDWIN WALLACE ATHLETICS INFORMATION:  Chandler Ashbaugh completed her second season of swimming and diving at Baldwin Wallace University in 2013-2014 and earned her second varsity letter.

ACADEMIC HONORS:  Chandler is a Dean's List student. As a sophomore in 2013-2014 Chandler earned All Ohio Athletic Conference honors witha 3.775 grade point average. She also is a Jacket Scholar.

ATHLETICS HONORS:  As a sophomore in 2013-2014, Chandler was named as the Ohio Athletic Conference Women's Swimmer of the Week for her efforts at Defiance and at Case.

GENERAL SWIMMING INFORMATION:  As a freshman in 2012- 2013, Chandler competed in her first season of swimming and earned her first varsity letter. She posted team-best times of 25.26 seconds in the 50-yard freestyle at The Ohio State University Winter Invite, 1:59.00 in the 200-yard freestyle at the Fredonia State (N.Y.) University Invite, 28.92 seconds in the 50-yard butterfly (28.92), 1:01.20 in the 100-yard butterfly and 2:20.04 in the 200-yard butterfly at OSU. 

As a sophomore in 2013-2014, Chandler swam her second season and earned her second letter. She posted team-best times in the 50-yard freestyle (25.82) and 50-yard butterfly (28.19) at Case Western, 100-yard freestyle (54.86), 100-yard butterfly (59.86), 200-yard butterfly (2:19.68), and 200-yard IM (2:12.97) at the OAC Championships. Chandler's 100-yard freestyle, 200-yard freestyle, 50-yard butterfly, 100-yard butterfly, 200-yard butterfly, and 200-yard IM times were all personal bests. She was named as the OAC Women's Swimmer of the Week on February 3, 2014.

HIGH SCHOOL BACKGROUND:  Chandler Ashbaugh grew up in Napoleon, Ohio and graduated from Napoleon High School.  She participated in four varsity sports. She swam and ran track for four years each, played three years of volleyball and she also competed in water polo for one year.

In swimming, Chandler was named All-District and All-State all four years. She earned high school All-American honors in 2010 and 2012. Also in 2012, Chandler was awarded Academic All-American and the Napoleon High School Sportsmanship Award.

Academically, Chandler was the N.H.S. Student of the Month and a member of the National Honor Society.
