TIFFIN, Ohio – The No. 9 nationally ranked Baldwin Wallace University STUNT team defeated No. 10 Heidelberg University in a road contest inside of the Heminger Center. 

The Yellow Jackets (2-5) earned their first shut out victory after defeating Heidelberg by a final score of 6-0.

The power players of this game were junior base/tumbler Ashley Blascak (Grafton / Midview), sophomore top Lily Knox (Stow / St. Vincent-St. Mary), and junior base/tumbler Janelle Ludwick (Berea / St. Joseph Academy).

Each of the power players contributed to the point earned in Quarter 1 (Partner Stunts), the two points earned in Quarter 3 (Jumps and Tumbling), and the three points earned in Quarter 4 (Team Routine).

BW is back in action on Friday, March 22 at 7:00 p.m. for its season finale as it hosts Muskingum University in the Lou Higgins Center inside the Ursprung Gymnasium.
