BW Men Place 12th at All-Ohio Championships

CEDARVILLE, Ohio – The Baldwin Wallace University men's  cross country team finished 12th at the All-Ohio Division III Championships hosted by Cedarville University on the Elvin R. King Cross Country Course.

The Yellow Jacket men placed 12 of 21 teams and had four individuals record season-best times. 

Senior Greg Blevins (Mentor) paced the men's team as he finished in 18th place in a season-best time of 26:22.66.   Sophomore Brian Brennan (Akron/Walsh Jesuit) was second for the Jackets as he finished in 63rd place in a time of 27:33.39. Freshman Brady Jeffers (South Amherst/Firelands) took 111th in a time of 28.19.12. Freshmen Evan Milovich (Westlake) and Justin Swords (Brunswick) were 128th and 163rd in a season-best time of 28:34.32 and 29:13.38 respectively. Junior Aaron Long (Mishawaka, Ind. /Penn) placed 192nd and ran a career and season-best time of 29:53.56

BW is back in action on Saturday, October 18 when it travels to nearby Oberlin to compete in the Inter-Regional Rumble hosted by Oberlin College at 11 am.  The 2014 Ohio Athletic Conference Championships hosted by John Carroll University is scheduled for Saturday, November 1 at 11 a.m.
