BALDWIN WALLACE INFORMATION:  Dusan Vasic will compete in his fourth season of cross country and his third season of track at Baldwin Wallace University in 2013-2014. He has earned three varsity letters in cross country and two varsity letters in track.

GENERAL CROSS COUNTRY INFORMATION:  Dusan enters his senior season looking to be a team leader of a young cross country team. He has led the Yellow Jackets to a 171-167 record in his time in the Brown and Gold.

As a freshman in 2010-2011, Dusan competed in his first season of cross country. He recorded his best game at the Ohio Athletic Conference Championship Meet. He placed 34th individually and crossed the finish line in a time of 27:15.  

As a sophomore in 2011-2012, Dusan competed in his second season of cross country, earning his second varsity letter. He finished 62nd in a time of 27:48.50 during the OAC Championship meet and ran one of his best races during the Calvin College Invitational with a mark of 27:06.30, finishing 85th overall.

As a junior in 2012-2013, Dusan competed in his third season of cross country and earned his third varsity letter. His fastest 8K race came at the Oberlin Inter-Regional Rumble where he finished 90th out of 275 total runners in a time of 25:56.10. Dusan also competed at the season-ending Ohio Athletic Conference Championships where he crossed the finish line 29th out of 147 total runners with a mark of 26:50.8.

As a senior in 2013-2014, Dusan will look to compete in his fourth season of cross country and will look to earn his fourth varsity letter.

GENERAL INDOOR TRACK INFORMATION:  Following a season without competing, Dusan enters his senior season looking to compete in distance races. In his two seasons on the team, he had helped the Yellow Jackets compile a 78-11 record.

As a freshman in 2010-2011, Dusan competed in his first season of indoor track and field. He had a season-bests of 9:30.92 in the 3000-meter run, 2:58.98 in the 1000-meter run and 4:57.89 in the one-mile run.

As a sophomore in 2011-2012, Dusan competed in his second season of indoor track and field. He posted personal best times in the 1000-meter run with a time of 2:45.98 and the one-mile run with a mark of 4:42.01, both at the B-W Mid-January Meet. Dusan also set a season-best time in the 800-meter run with a time of 2:09.98.

As a junior in 2012-2013, Dusan did not compete in track and field.

As a senior in 2013-2014, Dusan will look to compete in his third season of track and field and will look to earn his third varsity letter.

GENERAL OUTDOOR TRACK INFORMATION:  Following a season without competing, Dusan enters his senior season looking to compete in distance races and the steeplechase event. In his two seasons on the team, he had helped the Yellow Jackets compile a 79-9 record.

As a freshman in 2010-2011, Dusan competed in his first season of outdoor track and field. He posted season-bests in the 1500-meter run with a time of 4:16.83, in the 5000-meter run with a time of 16:44.18 and in the 3000-meter steeple chase with a time of 10:08.80.

As a sophomore in 2011-2012, Dusan competed in his second season of outdoor track and field.  He ran a career-best in the 3000-meter steeplechase at the OAC Gold Meet finishing second overall with a time of 9:47.37. Dusan ran a career-best in the 1500-meter at the 28th Annual Toledo Invitational with a mark of 4:11.81. He also ran the 800-meter run for the first time in his outdoor career and posted a season-best time of 2:03.37.

As a junior in 2012-2013, Dusan did not compete in track and field.

As a senior in 2013-2014, Dusan will look to compete in his third season of track and field and will look to earn his third varsity letter.

HOMETOWN & HIGH SCHOOL INFORMATION:  Dusan grew up in Broadview Heights, Ohio and graduated from Brecksville-Broadview Heights High School.
