BALDWIN WALLACE ATHLETICS INFORMATION:  Greg Blevins will compete in his third season of cross country and his second season of track at Baldwin Wallace University in 2013-2014. He has earned two varsity letters in cross country and one varsity letter in track.

GENERAL CROSS COUNTRY INFORMATION:  Greg enters his junior season with a solid start to his cross country career. He has helped the Yellow Jackets compile a 105-109 record in his time in the Brown and Gold.

As a freshman in 2011-2012, Greg competed in his first season of cross country. He had one of his best races during the Wooster Invitational, finishing 5th with a time of 17:38.28. Greg's best 8K race came at the Calvin (Mich.) College Invitational where he finished in 98th place with a mark of 27:18.80. He also competed in his first OAC Championship meet posting a time of 27:32.80 and finishing 50th overall.  While at his first Regional meet, he placed 146th overall with a time of 27:48:54.

As a sophomore in 2012-2013, Greg competed in his second season of cross country and earned his second varsity letter. His best 8K race finish came at the Oberlin Inter-Regional Rumble where he finished 81st overall and was the second BW runner to cross the finish line in a time of 25:50.60. Greg also competed at the season-ending Ohio Athletic Conference Championships where he placed 40th overall and third on BW with a mark of 27:02.9.

As a junior in 2013-2014, Greg will look to compete in his third season of cross country and will look to earn his third varsity letter.

GENERAL INDOOR TRACK INFORMATION:  Following a season without competing, Greg enters his junior season looking to compete in his second year of indoor track. In his only season with the team, he had helped the Yellow Jackets compile a 36-7 record.

As a freshman in 2011-2012, Greg competed in his first season of indoor track and field.  In the 5000-meter run, Greg finished with a season-best time of 15:59.91 along with a time of 4:40.59 in the one-mile run.

As a sophomore in 2012-2013,  Greg did not compete in track and field.

As a junior in 2013-2014, Greg will look to compete in his second season of indoor track and will look to earn his second varsity letter.

GENERAL OUTDOOR TRACK INFORMATION:  Following a season without competing, Greg enters his junior season looking to compete in his second year of outdoor track. In his only season with the team, he had helped BW compile a 37-7 record.

As a freshman in 2011-2012, Greg competed in his first season of outdoor track and field. He had his best finish of the season of third in the 5000-meter run at the OAC Gold Meet where he posted a time of 15:44.99.  Greg also finished 9th at the All-Ohio Track & Field meet in the 10,000-meter run in a time of 32:54.60.  Additionally, he posted season-best times of 2:07.45 in the 800-meter run and 4:13.51 in the 1500-meter.

As a sophomore in 2012-2013,  Greg did not compete in track and field.

As a junior in 2013-2014, Greg will look to compete in his second season of outdoor track and will look to earn his second varsity letter.

HOMETOWN & HIGH SCHOOL INFORMATION:  Greg grew up in Mentor, Ohio and graduated from Mentor High School. In high school, he competed in four different sports and earned seven total varsity letters.

Greg holds a personal best in the 5K run with a time of 16:41.00. His best one-mile and two-mile run times were 4:41 and 9:54.00, respectively. In cross country as a junior, Greg was nominated All-Conference and All-District.

Academically, Greg earned the Academic All-Ohio award in 2009.
