BALDWIN WALLACE ATHLETICS INFORMATION:  Issac Baker will compete in his third season of men's track at Baldwin Wallace University in 2013-2014. He has earned one varsity letter in cross country and two varsity letters in track.

GENERAL CROSS COUNTRY INFORMATION:  As a freshman in 2011-2012, Isaac competed in his first season of cross country. He finished 83rd at the 2011 Ohio Athletic Conference Championship Meet in 28:17.50. He had his best time at The season-opening The College of Wooster Invitational where he placed 20th in 19:40.87.

As a sophomore in 2012-2013 and junior in 2013-2014, Isaac did not compete in cross country.

GENERAL INDOOR TRACK INFORMATION:  As a freshman in 2011-2012, Isaac competed in his first season of indoor track. Isaac led the team with a time of 51.57 seconds in the 400-meter dash and a 2:02.11 timing in the 800-meter run.

As a sophomore in 2012-2013,  Isaac competed in his second season of indoor track. He led the team with a mark of 2:02.33 in the 800 and ran on the 4 x 400-meter relay team and had a best time of 3:44.38.

As a junior in 2013-2014, Isaac competed in his third season of indoor track and field. Isaac competed in the 800 meter run and ran a season best 2:03.41 at the 2014 Mid January Meet.

GENERAL OUTDOOR TRACK INFORMATION:  As a freshman in 2011-2012, Isaac competed in his first season of outdoor track and earned his first varsity letter. He had a team-best time of 1:58.61 in the 800-meter run at the OAC Championship meet. He also had season-bests of 23.59 seconds in the 200-meter dash and 51.44 seconds in the 400-meter dash.

As a sophomore in 2012-2013,  Isaac competed in his second season of outdoor track and earned his second letter.  He set a team-best and personal-best in the 800 meters with a time of 1:58.30 at the OAC East Split Squad Meet. He set a personal-best of 23.31 seconds in the 200-meter dash and 50.58 seconds in the 400 meters. He also competed in the 100-meter dash (12.19 seconds). Isaac also ran on the 4 x 400-meter relay teamthat had a best time of 3:25.21 at the 2013 All-Ohio Outdoor Championship Meet.

As a junior in 2013-2014, Isaac will compete in his third season of track and hopes to earn his third varsity letter.

HOMETOWN & HIGH SCHOOL INFORMATION:  Isaac grew up in Lithia, Florida and graduated from Newsome High School. He ran two years of cross country and earned two varsity letters. He also ran four years of track and earned four varsity letters.

In track, Isaac was named Most Valuable Player and also held the fastest 800-meter run in the country.

Academically, Isaac was a Principle's Award winner twice.
