Tim Croy enters returns for his ninth year as the women's swimming and diving coach at Baldwin Wallace University in 2023-24.  Croy was the women's diving coach from 2005 until 2013.

He spent the last six seasons as the women's diving coach at Oberlin College.  While at Oberlin, Croy coached Croy coached a diver to the nals of the conference meet and to the NCAA Regional Championships.

During his first tenure at BW, Croy’s divers set new records in every event on both the men’s and women’s teams. His divers won 15 conference championships and four different divers were named conference Diver of the Year nine times. He also coached two athletes to seven NCAA Division III national championships where their finishes earned them seven NCAA All-American Awards including the 2012 Women’s national runner-up.

Croy was also named NCAA Division III Women’s Coach of the Year in 2012.

Croy has coached on the high school and club level for 25 years. At the high school level he has coached numerous conference and district champions. He has had more than 35 divers compete in over 60 state meet competitions. Croy has also coached 15 divers to 26 high school All-American awards. He has been named Northeast Ohio’s diving coach of the year four times. Croy’s club divers have quali ed for ve United States Diving Age Group Nationals and 15 Amateur Athletic Union National Championships.

As an athlete, Croy was a two-time age group Junior Olympic quali er (1980 and 1984). He was a three-time Ohio High School top six nisher (1983-85) after earning three All-Ohio awards. He was also a three-time High School All-American. Croy was named the Outstanding Freshman of the year at Ohio University where he set the one-meter diving record in 1986.
