Justin Hill begins his fourth season as an assistant swimming and diving coach at Baldwin Wallace University in 2022-23.
A 2014 graduate of Cleveland State University, where he earned his Bachelors of Science degree in Education. Hill has spent time at the club, high school and collegiate levels as a coach.
Hill was a four-year letterwinner for Cleveland State from 2010-2013, helping the Vikings capture the Horizon League championship as a senior. He was a member of the league title winning 200 Free and 200 Medley Relays.
Following college, Hill was an assistant coach at Berea (OH) High School for two seasons and an assistant coach at Allegheny College in 2015-16. He was also the head site coach of the Ridgewood YMCA Dolphins, a club team in Avon, Ohio.
Justin has qualified for numerous Winter and Summer National meets and was a competitor at the 2016 U.S. Olympic Team Trials.
