BALDWIN WALLACE INFORMATION:

SPORTS PLAYED AT B-W (YEARS AND LETTERS WON): As a senior in 2011-2012, Nicole competed in her fourth season of swimming. She has earned four varsity letters. 

GENERAL SWIMMING AND DIVING INFORMATION: Danielle had a solid swimming career during her four seasons at B-W. Her personal bests throughout her career are: a time of 28.32 in the 50-meter freestyle, 59.46 in the 100-meter freestyle, 2:07.20 in the 200-meter freestyle, 5:33.30 in the 500-meter freestyle, 11:38.58 in the 1000-meter freestyle, 19:18.80 in the 1650-meter freestyle, 30.90 in the 50-meter backstroke, 1:05.57 in the 100-meter backstroke, and 1:11.03 in the 100-meter butterfly.

As a freshman in 2008-2009, Danielle swam for the Yellow Jackets primarily in the freestyle and backstroke events. She posted career-bests in the 100 freestyle with a time of 59.46, 200 freestyle in 2:07.20, 500 freestyle with the team-leading time of 5:33.30, 1000 freestyle with the team-leading time of 11:38.58, and the 1650 freestyle with the team-leading time of 19:18.80. In the backstroke events, Danielle recorded career and team bests in the 50 backstroke with a time of 30.90 and the 100 backstroke with a time of 1:07.52. Danielle also competed in the 100 butterfly, recording a time of 1:11.03. She earned her first varsity letter.

As a sophomore in 2009-2010, Danielle swam for the Yellow Jackets in freestyle events.  She posted season-bests in the 100 freestyle with a time of 1:02.32, 200 freestyle in 2:09.76, 500 freestyle with a team-best time of 5:40.68, 1000 freestyle with a team-leading time of 12:01.11, and the 1650 freestyle with a time of 19:41.35. She earned her second varsity letter. 

As a junior in 2010-2011, Danielle competed in her third season of swimming. She had a great season with four personal bests. In the 200-meter freestyle she had a time of 2:09.23, while in the 500-meter freestyle Danielle had a time of 5:39.18. She had another pr in the 1000-meter style with a time of 11:59.82 and a 19:28.68 in the 1650-meter freestyle.

As a senior in 2011-12, Danielle competed in her fourth season of swimming.  She had a successful season, earning a personal best in the 50-meter freestyle with a time of 28.32. She was a valuable asset to this year's team, ranking the second highest in the 500-meter freestyle (5:36.94), 1000-meter freestyle (12:00.09), 1650-meter freestyle (19:32.75), 50-meter backstroke (31.49), and 100-meter backstroke (1:05.57).

HIGH SCHOOL SPORTS PLAYED (YEARS & LETTERS EARNED): Danielle swam for four seasons and earned four varsity letters. She also ran cross country for one season and played volleyball for one season.

HIGH SCHOOL HONORS, (ALL-CONFERENCE, DISTRICT,  ETC.): In swimming as a freshman, Danielle garnered All-League and Sectional Honors, was a Distrcit Qualifier and broke the school record in the 500 freestyle. As a sophomore, she received League and Sectional honors and again qualified for Districts. As a junior, Danielle once again earned All-League and Sectional honors and qualified for Districts. As a senior, Danielle earned League and Sectional honors and qualified for Districts. She also helped break the 400 freestyle relay record.
