BALDWIN WALLACE ATHLETICS INFORMATION: Katy Johnson completed her first season of lacrosse at Baldwin Wallace University in 2012-2013 and earned her first varsity letter.
GENERAL LACROSSE INFORMATION: As a junior in 2012-13, Katy completed her first season of lacrosse and earned her first varsity letter. She appeared in nine games, including eight starts, for the 4-6 Yellow Jackets during their inaugural season, and collected four ground balls and caused six turnovers. She made her first career start in a 12-6 win at Wilmington College on March 10 and recorded career highs of four ground balls and two caused turnovers in back-to-back games, a 10-4 win against Franciscan University on April 6 and a 15-2 loss to Alma (Mich.) College on April 7.
As a senior, Katy will look to earn her second varsity letter.

HIGH SCHOOL INFORMATION: Katy Johnson grew up in Coshocton, Ohio and graduated from Coshocton High School. She played four seasons each of soccer, basketball and softball. Katy earned four varsity letters each in soccer and softball, and two in basketball.
As a senior in 2009-10, Katy garnered Eastern District honorable mention in soccer, basketball and softball, and was named Coshocton High School's Female Athlete of the Year.
ACADEMIC AWARDS AND HONORS: Katy was a member of the National Honor Society and was named Academic All-Ohio in the fall of 2009.'
