BALDWIN WALLACE ATHLETICS INFORMATION: Carmen Rush completed her first season of lacrosse at Baldwin Wallace University in 2012-2013 and earned her first varsity letter.
GENERAL LACROSSE INFORMATION: As a junior in 2012-13, Carmen completed her first season of lacrosse and earned her first varsity letter. She was one of seven players to play in all 10 games and tied for a team-high among position players with nine starts for the 4-6 Yellow Jackets during their inaugural season. Carmen led the defense with 14 ground balls and caused five turnovers. She made her first career start in a 12-6 win at Wilmington College on March 10, and tallied career highs of four ground balls and three caused turnovers in a 10-4 win against Franciscan University on April 6. Carmen matched her career-high four ground balls in an 11-6 loss to Otterbein University of April 19.

HIGH SCHOOL BACKGROUND: Carmen Rush grew up in Lakewood, Ohio and attended Bay High School in Bay Village, Ohio. She earned four varsity letters in both cross country and track and field. She also participated in cheerleading and earned two varsity letters.
Carmen was a member of her district champion track and field team.
