SPORTS PLAYED AT BW (YEARS AND LETTERS WON):  As a red-shirt junior in 2011-12, Nancy played her third full season of basketball and earned her third varsity letter.

GENERAL BASKETBALL INFORMATION: Nancy is off to a solid basketball career thus far. B-W has recorded a 76-34 record during her first four seasons as a Yellow Jacket. She has appeared in 85 games and has averaged 5.2 points per game and has grabbed 3.8 rebounds per game. Nancy has a career total of 439 points,46 assists,33 steals and 69 blocks.

As a freshman in 2008-2009, Nancy competed in her first season of basketball. She was a significant role player off the bench helping the team to a 22-8 overall record and an NCAA Division III Tournament appearrence. Nancy participated in all 30 games during the season and averaged 2.1 points-per-game, 2.8 rebounds-per-game, and had ten blocks on the year. Her best game on the season came in a 91-41 win against Heidelberg College where she scored six points and grabbed nine rebounds.

As a sophomore in 2009-2010, Nancy played in her second season of basketball.  She started all 27 games at the post and helped the Yellow Jackets to a 19-8 overall record.  She was third on the team in scoring with 7.6 points-per-game, grabbed 4.3 rebounds-per-game, and was second on the team with 18 blocks.  Nancy's best game came in a 69-62 win against Ohio Northern where she had 16 points, four rebounds, and two steals.

As a junior in 2011-12, Jessica played her third season of basketball and earned her third varsity letter.  She appeared in and started all 27 games and was second on the team in scoring at 11.1 ppg., grabbed 2.7 rpg. and made a team-leading 36 three-pointers for the 17-10 overall Yellow Jackets. Jessica earned second-team All-OAC honors for the second straight season.

As a junior in 2010-2011 Nancy started and played in seven games before recieving a season ending injury. Nancy averaged 4.1 points and 4.4 rebounds per game. Following her injury, she received a medical red-shirt and still has two years of athletic eligibilty left.

As a red-shirt junior in 2011-12, Nancy played in 21 contests and started 19 games at the power forward position. She missed six games due to a reoccurring injury from 2010-11. Nancy averaged 6.7 points and 4.5 rebounds for the 17-10 overall Yellow Jackets. She had her first career double-double with 13 points and a game-high 10 rebounds in a 50-47 victory at Carnegie-Mellon (Pa.) University on November 30, 2011. She had her second double-double with team-highs of 14 points and 10 rebounds in a 62-45 loss to 17th-ranked Hope (Mich.) College in the Championship Game of the RDV Classic in Orlando, Florida on December 29.

As a red-shirt senior in 2012-13, Nancy will be one of four returning starters.

:Nancy played four years of basketball and earned four varsity letters.  She also ran track for two years and earned two letters and played softball for two years and earned two letters.

HIGH SCHOOL HONORS, (ALL-CONFERENCE, DISTRICT,  ETC.): In basketball as a senior in 2007-2008, Nancy was a first-team All-South Central Ohio League, first-team All-District 14, second-team All-Southeast District and honorable mention All-Ohio selection. She also served as a team captain, played in the Pickerington All-Star Game and an alternate for the North-South All-Star Game. In track as a freshman and sophomore, Nancy was a District qualifier.  Academically, Nancy was a scholar athlete all four years and a member of National Honor Society.
