Men’s Bowling Takes 19th at Ohio Bowling Conference Tournament #1

COLUMBUS, Ohio – In its first ever bowling tournament, the Baldwin Wallace University men's bowling team finished 19th at the Ohio Bowling Conference Tournament #1 at the Columbus Square Bowling Palace.

BW was 19th of 19 teams with 4,484 total pins.  The University of Northwestern was the champion with 7,038 total pins.

  • Junior Albert Selby (Valley City/Holy Name) placed 37th of 217 bowlers with 848 pins for an average of 169.6
  • Freshman Jared Liebert (Brooklyn/St. Ignatius) rolled 720 pins for an average of 144
  • Junior Kyle Miles (Cleveland/Bard Early College) tallied 492 pins for an average of 98.4
  • Sophomore Keifer Kolar (Marshallville/Orrville) recorded 440 pints for an average of 88
  • Sophomore Caleb Kolar (Marshallville/Orrville) had 419 pins for an average of 83.8

The Yellow Jackets are back in action on Saturday, October 21 when they travel to Columbus to compete in the Ohio Bowling Conference Tournament #2.
