ACADEMIC MAJORS:   Mathematics/ Economics

BW ATHLETICS INFORMATION: Josh Ingle played four seasons of basketball at Baldwin Wallace University and earned three varsity letters. He was a three-time Academic All-Ohio Athletic Conference honoree.

ACADEMIC HONORS:  Josh carries a 3.843 grade point average, is a Dean's List student and Jacket Scholar. He also is a member of the Alpha Lambda, Dayton C. Miller and Chi Sigma Alpha honoraries.

THREE-TIME ACADEMIC ALL-OAC STUDENT-ATHLETE:  As a sophomore, junior and senior, Josh earned Academic All-OAC honors.

GENERAL BASKETBALL INFORMATION:  Josh played four seasons of basketball and earned three varsity letters. He helped to lead the Yellow Jackets to four straight winning seasons and a 67-38 record. Individually, Josh was a three-time Academic All-OAC student-athlete. He played in 26 career games, scored four points, grabbed seven rebounds and passed for two assists.

As a freshman in 2011-2012, Josh played his first season of basketball and earned a certificate of participation. He appeared in three varsity games and had two rebounds. BW finished 16-10 overall.

As a sophomore in 2012-2013, Josh played his second season of basketball and earned his first varsity letter. In six varsity games, he scored a point, grabbed three rebounds and passed for two assists. For his efforts in the classroom and on the basketball court, Josh was named Academic All-OAC.  BW finished 19-6 overall.

As a junior in 2013-2014, Josh played his third season of basketball and earned his second letter. He appeared in seven varsity games but did not score a point or grab a rebound. For his efforts in the classroom and on the basketball court, Josh earned Academic All-OAC honors for the second straight season. BW finished 14-13 overall. 

As a senior in 2014-2015, Josh played his fourth season of basketball and earned his third letter. He played in 10 games, scored three points and grabbed two rebounds. For his outstanding efforts both in the classroom and on the basketball court, Josh earned his third straight Academic All-OAC award. BW finished 18-9 overall.

• Two rebounds (2x) with last coming vs. John Carroll on Jan. 9, 2013
• One assist (2x) with the last coming at Ohio Northern on Jan. 23, 2013

HOMETOWN & HIGH SCHOOL INFORMATION: Josh Ingle grew up in Shelby, Ohio and graduated from Shelby High School.

Josh played four years of basketball and earned four varsity letters, played two years of football and earned a letter and ran four years of track and earned four letters.

In basketball, Josh He was a three-time All-Northern Ohio League and two-time All-Northwest District selection. As a senior, Josh was the District Player of the Year and played in the OHSBCA (Ohio High School Basketball Coaches Association) North-South All-Star Game. As a junior, he was tabbed Special Mention All-Ohio second-team All-Ohio.  

Josh finished his career second all-time in Shelby H.S. history in scoring with 1,255 points. As a senior, he averaged 19.0 points-per-game and had single-game career-highs of 43 points and 16 rebounds.

In track, Josh was a two-time OHSAA (Ohio High School Athletic Association) Regional qualifier.

Academically, Josh graduated second in his class with a 4.6 grade point average and was a National Merit Finalist. He also received Academic All-Ohio honors from the OHSBCA.
