ACADEMIC MAJOR:   Communication Disorders

BALDWIN WALLACE ATHLETICS INFORMATION: Kelsey Blatt played her second season of tennis at Baldwin Wallace University in 2013-2014 and earned her second varsity letter. She is a two-time All-Ohio Athletic Conference and an Academic All-OAC choice.

ACADEMIC HONORS:  Kelsey carriesa 3.53 grade point average and is a Dean's List student and Jacket Scholar. As a sophomore in 2013-2014, she earned Academic All-OAC honors.

ATHLETICS HONORS:  As both a freshman in 2012-2013 and sophomore in 2013-2014, Kelsey earned second-team All-OAC honors.

GENERAL TENNIS INFORMATION: As a freshman in 2012-2013, Kelsey played her first season of tennis and earned her first varsity letter. She played number two singles and had a  14-11 and a 13-13 doubles mark. She and doubles partner Rebecca Mittler '13 had an undefeated OAC record of 8-0. Kelsey was a sedcond-team All-OAC selection. BW finished 11-10 overall.

As a sophmore in 2013-2014, Kelsey played her second season of tennis and earned her second letter. She played No.1 singles and had a 7-19 mark and No.1 doubles and had a 10-17 overall mark. She earned second-team All-OAC honors for the second straight season and was an Academic All-OAC choice. BW finished 7-16 overall.

As a junior in 2014-2015, Kelsey will play her third season of tennis. She will be one of the top returning players in the OAC.

HOMETOWN & HIGH SCHOOL INFORMATION: Kelsey Blatt grew up in Tallmadge, Ohio and graduated from Tallmadge High School. She played four years of tennis and earned four varsity letters. Kelsey also played softball for four seasons and earned three varsity letters.

In tennis, Kelsey was named an All-Suburban League Second Team performer once and was a three-time selection to the All-Suburban League First Team. As a senior, she was a District Qualifier. Kelsey also holds the record for Tallmadge Girls Tennis with the Most Career singles wins and also has the second most career wins overall at the school.

In softball as a sophomore, Kelsey was an All-Suburban League Honorable Mention. As a junior, she was named a Second-Team All-Suburban League selection.

Academically, Kelsey was an Honorable Mention during all four years in high school, a member of the National Honor Society and a Distinguished Scholar.
