ACADEMIC MAJOR: Early Childhood Education
BW ATHLETICS INFORMATION: Carly Norman played her third season of women's soccer at Baldwin Wallace University in 2014-2015. The two-time Academic All-Ohio Athletic Conference standout student-athlete earned her second varsity letter and received a "Captains" Award.
ACADEMIC HONORS: Carly carries a 3.802 grade point average, is a Dean's List student, a Jacket Scholar and a member of the Alpha Lambda and Chi Sigma Alpha academic honoraries. As both a junior in 2013-2014 and senior in 2014-2015, she was an Academic All-OAC selection.
ATHLETICS HONORS: At the team's 2014-2015 season-ending team banquet, Carly received a "Captains" Award.
GENERAL SOCCER INFORMATION: As a freshman in 2011-2012, Carly was unable to play due to an injury. BW finished 11-9 overall.
As a red-shirt freshman in 2012-2013, Carly played her first season of soccer and earned her first varsity letter. She played in 13 games and took three shots, including two on-goal. BW finished 12-3-4 overall.
As a red-shirt sophomore in 2013-2014, Carly played her second season of soccer and earned a certificate of participation. She saw action in six matches, took three shots, including one on-goal, but unfortunately had to sit the remainder of the season due to injury. For her efforts both in the classroom and on the field, Carly earned Academic All-OAC honors. BW finished 14-5-1 overall and tied the single-season school-record for wins.
As a red-shirt junior in 2014-2015, Carly played her third season of soccer and earned her second letter. She played in 18 matches on defense, took four shots, including one on-goal. On defense, Carly helped BW record eight shutouts and allow just 1.18 goals per game. She also earned her second straight Academic All-OAC award. At the team's season-ending dinner, Carly received a "Captains" Award. BW finished 11-9-3 overall and advanced to the OAC Championship match.

HOMETOWN & HIGH SCHOOL INFORMATION: Carly Norman grew up in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania and graduated from Central Dauphin High School.
Carly played three years of soccer and basketball and earned five varsity letters, including three in soccer and two in basketball.
As a freshman in 2007-2008 and sophomore in 2008-2009, Carly helped Central Dauphin H.S. win both a District championship and then a PIAA (Pennsylvania Interscholastic Athletic Association) state title.
