SPORTS PLAYED AT BW (YEARS AND LETTERS WON): As a junior in 2011-12, Brooke played in her third season of golf. She has earned three varsity letters.

ACADEMIC HONORS AT BW:  Brooke carries an outstanding 3.94 grade point average. She is a member of the Dean's List, Alpha Lambda and Chi Alpha Sigma honor societies and is a Jacket Scholar. As a junior in 2011-12, Brooke was honored at the 2011-12 Student-Athlete & Faculty Recognition Luncheon for having the Highest Grade Point Average on the women's golf team (3.94).  As a sophomore in 2010-2011, Brooke was awarded the Dr. Neille & Jeanne Shoemaker English Scholarship as well as the Lillian and Larry D. Bibbee Scholarship.  At the 2011-12 Honors Day Awards Ceremony, she was awarded the Robert Howells Memorial English Scholarship, the A.B. & Georgianna Bonds Scholarship, and the John F. and Ida E. Gibler Scholarship. She also was a nominee for the NCAA Division III "Elite 89" Award at the 2012 Div. III National Championship Tournament.

GENERAL GOLF INFORMATION
:  Brooke has started off to a solid golf career thus far. B-W has recorded a 162-109-2 overall record during her first three seasons as a Yellow Jacket. She has appeared in 33 tournaments for a total of 59 rounds. She has recorded 5242 total strokes and a 88.85 stroke average. She carded a best round of 79 three different times between the Fall of 2011 and the Spring of 2012.

As a freshman in 2009-2010, Brooke competed in her first season of golf and earned her first varsity letter.  In the fall of 2009, she competed in five tournaments and totaled 824 strokes for a team-best 91.56 stroke average per round.  Brooke shot a season-best 85 in the first round of the Baldwin-Wallace College Yellow Jacket Invitational. In the spring of 2010, Brooke competed in five tournaments for a total of nine rounds. She totaled 869 strokes for an average of 96.56, good for second on the team. Her best round occurred in the Ohio Athletic Conference Tournament (Day #2) at John Carroll University and Fowlers Mill G.C. which was an 89. Brooke placed tied for 17th (97+89=186) at the OAC Tournament.

As a sophomore in 2010-11, Brooke played in her second season of golf and earned her second letter.  In the fall of 2010, Brooke played in 6 tournaments, competing in 10 rounds.  She racked up 864 strokes, giving her an average of 86.4 strokes per round.  Brooke shot her season and career best of 80 strokes at Mercyhurst #1. During the 2011 spring season, Brooke helped B-W start off the spring by winning the University of Mt. Union Spring Invitational. Brooke played in six tournaments and in 12 total rounds and averaged 88.17 strokes per round. Brooke shot her best round of the season during the second round of the OAC Tournament when she carded an 80. That was the second lowest score of any Yellow Jacket during the spring. The Yellow Jackets compiled a 83-18 combined fall and spring record and won invitational tournaments at Grove City (Pa.) College and at Capital University. B-W also qualified for the NCAA Division III National Tournament following a first place finish in the OAC Championship tournament.

As a junior in 2011-12, Brooke competed in her third season of golf.  In the 2011 Fall season Brooke played in 5 tournaments, competing in 8 rounds.  She had a total of 693 strokes, which makes an average of 86.63 strokes per round.  She had a career low 79 when competing at the Wittenburg University Invatational.  In the Spring of 2012, Brooke competed in 7 tournaments, and 14 rounds. She had a total of 1200 strokes, which makes 85.71 strokes per round. She carded her best round with a score of 79 three different times in the Spring. The Yellow Jackets finished the season with a 59-42-1 record and placed 16th out of 19 teams at the NCAA Division III Championship Tournament.

HIGH SCHOOL HONORS, (ALL-CONFERENCE, DISTRICT,  ETC.): She was honorable mention All-Catholic Conference in 2006 and second-team All-Conference in 2007 and 2008. She was a McDonald's Student-Athlete of the Week in 2008 and a Northeast Ohio Golf Coaches Association honorable mention pick in 2008. Brooke earned first honors all four years, earned the Student-Athlete Award all four years and was an Ohio High School Golf Coaches Association Academic All-Ohio pick in 2008. Brooke averaged 85.6 strokes per round as a senior in 2008.  Her best round was a 77 at Thunderbird Hills (Huron, Ohio).
