SPORTS PLAYED AT B-W (YEARS AND LETTERS WON): As a senior in 2011-2012, Nick competed in his third seasons of cross country and indoor track earning his third varsity letter in each and his second season of outdoor track.

GENERAL CROSS COUNTRY INFORMATION:  Nick has had a solid cross country career thus far.  Nick did not compete his freshman year of college, so he will be back nesxt fall to compete inhis fourth season.  He has earned three varsity letters.

As a freshman in 2009-10, Nick competed in his first season of cross country and earned his first varsity letter.  He placed 59th (27:31.78) at the 2009 OAC Championship Meet. He ran a season-best time of 27:34 at the Oberlin College Inter-Regional Meet.

As a sophomore in 2010-2011, Nick ran in his second season of cross country.  He ran his best time at the Ohio Athletic Conference Championship Meet, where he placed 59th individually as he crossed the finish line in a time of 27:31.78.

As a junior in 2011-12, Nick ran in his third season of cross country, earning his third varsity letter. He placed 36th with a time of 27:15 during the OAC Championship meet and ran one of his best times during the Oberlin Inter-Regional Meet with a time of 28:04.60, finishing 150th overall.

GENERAL INDOOR TRACK INFORMATION: Nick had a solid three-year indoor track career.  He has helped B-W to a 107-21-1 overall record in his time in the Brown and Gold. He has earned three varsity letters in his three seasons.

As a freshman in 2009-10, Nick competed in his first season of indoor track. He competed in the 3,000 and 5,000-meter runs. His best time in the 3,000-meters was 9:39.43 and his best time in the 5,000-meters was 16:27.21.

As a sophomore in 2010-2011, Nick competed in his second season of indoor track.Nick had a season best and just missed a personal best by .20 in the 5000-meter run. He finished the season with a time of 16:27.40 in the 5000-meter.

As a junior in 2011-12, Nick competed in his third season of indoor track.  Nick ran the 800-meter run for the first time in indoor track and ran a season-best of 2:07.95.  Nick also ran the 3000-meter run and finished his season-best in a time of 9:49.07.  For the 5000-meter run Nick posted a season-best time of 16:45.53 at the Greater Cleveland College Championship meet.

GENERAL OUTDOOR TRACK INFORMATION: Nick had a solid three-year outdoor track career.  He has helped B-W to a 112-21 overall record in his time in the Brown and Gold. He has earned three varsity letters in his three seasons.

As a freshman in 2009-10, Nick competed in his first season of outdoor track and earned his first varsity letter. He competed in the 1500, 5000 and 10,000--meter runs. His best time in the 1500 meters was 4:19.05, 16:32.77 in the 5,000 meters and 33.47.99 in the 10,000 meters.

As a sophomore in 2010-11, Nick did not compete in outdoor track due to an injury.

As a junior in 2011-2012, Nick competed in his second season of outdoor track.  Nick ran the 800-meter run for the first time in outdoor track and posted a season-best of 2:06.62 at the Sparky Adams Invitational.  He also ran a career-best 16:21.69 in the 5000-meter run at the OAC Gold Meet to finish 11th overall.  Nick also ran the 10,000-meter run and had a season-best 34:00.74.

HIGH SCHOOL HONORS, SPECIFY SPORT & YEAR: (ALL-CONFERENCE, DISTRICT,  ETC.):  Nick earned many accolades for his efforts in cross country.  He was named All-Confrence Cross Country,and All-District Cross Country in his junior and senior seasons.  He was named Golden Shoe Trach his senior year,and Top Distance Runner Track his junior and senior year.
