Dr. Dan Martin, Ph.D. enters into his first season as an assistant coach for the 2022 campaign. He currently serves as a Post-Doctoral Fellow at the Cleveland Clinic Lerner Research Institute. Prior to the Cleveland Clinic, he was a teaching assistant for four years at the University South Florida. Martin has also been playing competitive beach volleyball since 2014.
He earned a Doctorate and a Bachelor of Science in cellular and molecular biology from South Florida.
Martin has published a number of professional journal publications. He is a member of the American Society for Mass Spectrometry, American Society for Matrix Biology, and was previously a member of the American Heart Association. Martin has also received multiple national scholar awards.
