ACADEMIC MAJOR: Exercise Science
BW ATHLETICS INFORMATION: As a sophomore in 2015-2016, Derek played his first season of lacrosse at Baldwin Wallace and earned his first varsity letter. As a freshman, Derek played at Nazareth College.
GENERAL LACROSSE INFORMATION: As a freshman in 2014-2015, Derek attended Nazareth College.
As a sophomore in 2015-2016, Derek played his first season of lacrosse at BW and earned his first varsity letter. He appeared in 17 games, started in 16, scored 17 goals and added a team-high 18 assists for 35 points. He also tallied up 20 ground balls. In a non-conference matchup against LaRoche (Pa.) College he scored three goals and added five assists for a career-high eight points.

HOMETOWN & HIGH SCHOOL INFORMATION: Derek Andrews grew up in Alden, New York and graduated from Iroquois High School.
Derek played four years of lacrosse and earned four varsity letters. He is a two-time All-Western New York selection, a two-time team captain.
He was a player on the USA U19 National Indoor Lacrosse team.
Derek also played three years of hockey and earned on varsity letter.
