BW ATHLETICS INFORMATIONAaron Long is running his third season of cross country and track and field at Baldwin Wallace University in 2014-2015. He earned his third varsity letter in cross country in the fall of 2014 and hopes to earn his third letter in track in the winter (indoors) and spring (outdoors) of 2015

GENERAL X-COUNTRY INFORMATION:  As a freshman in 2012-2013, Aaron ran his first season of cross country and earned his first varsity letter. His best finish in the 8K race came at the Oberlin Inter-Regional Rumble when he crossed the finish line with a time of 29:05.00. At the Ohio Athletic Conference Championship Meet, he finished 133rd in 31:05.4.

As a sophomore in 2013-2014, Aaron ran his second season of cross country and earned his second letter. He was 125th at the All-Ohuio Meet in 32:31.69, placed 116th at the OAC Meet in 29:26.4 and 226th at the NCAA Div. III Great Lakes Regional Meet in 31:01.2.

As a junior in 2014-2015, Aaron ran his third season of cross country and earned his third letter. He was 192nd at the All-Ohio Meet in 29:53.56, 123rd at the OAC Meet in 32:39.71 and 190th at the NCAA Div. III Great Lakes Regional Meet in 27:56.5.

HOMETOWN & HIGH SCHOOL INFORMATION:  Aaron grew up in Mishawaka, Indiana and graduated from Penn High School. He ran cross country and track and earned four varsity letters in each.

 Aaron was a Team Captain, earned NIC Honorable Mention, was selected Second-Team All-Conference, and was a 4x800 State Qualifier.

Academically, Aaron was a member of the Honor Roll. He also earned the Principle and Leadership Awards.
