ACADEMIC MAJOR:   Accounting

BW ATHLETICS INFORMATION:   Brian Brennan ran his first season of cross country at Baldwin Wallace University in 2014-2015. The Academic All-Ohio Athletic Conference student-athlete transferred to BW from NCAA Division I Miami of Ohio University last winter. He is competing in his first season of track and field this winter (indoor) and spring (outdoor).

FAMILY CONNECTION:  In addition to Brian, his brother, current senior Michael Brennan, is a member of the men's soccer team and his older brother, Pat Brennan '13, was a standout men's soccer student-athlete for the Yellow Jackets.  All three Brennan's earned Academic All-OAC honors.

ACADEMIC HONORS:  Brian carries a 3.85 grade point average, is a Dean's List student and a Jacket Scholar.

As a sophomore in 2014-2015, Brian earned Academic All-OAC honors.

ATHLETICS HONORS:  As a sophomore in 2014-2015, Brian earned second-team All-OAC honors.

GENERAL CROSS COUNTRY INFORMATION:  As a freshman in 2013-2014, Brian attended NCAA Division I Miami of Ohio University.

As a sophomore in 2014-2015, Brian ran his first season of cross country and earned his first varsity letter. For his efforts in the classroom and on the course, Brian earned Academic All-OAC honors. He placed 63rd of 284 runners at the All-Ohio Meet (27:33.39), 15th of 146 at the Ohio Athletic Conference Meet (26:56.6) and 96th of 244 at the NCAA Division III Great Lakes Regional Meet (26:01.04). He earned All-OAC honors for his 15th place finish.

HOMETOWN & HIGH SCHOOL INFORMATION:  Brian Brennan grew up in Akron, Ohio and graduated from Walsh Jesuit High School.

Brian ran both cross country and track for four years and earned four varsity letters in each sport.

Brian was a North Coast League and District champion and earned both All-Region and All-Ohio honors. As a senior, Michael finished third in the OHSAA Division I State Cross Country Meet.
