BW ATHLETICS INFORMATION: Eric Sokol played four years of soccer at Baldwin Wallace University. The key defender earned four varsity letters.
GENERAL SOCCER INFORMATION: Eric played four seasons of soccer and earned four varsity letters. He was a key defender who helped the Yellow Jackets to compile a 40-33-8 record ad the school's first-ever berth in the NCAA Division III National Tournament (2011-2012).
Individually, Eric played in 58 career matches, took 33 total shots, including 13 on-goal, scored one goal and had two career points.
As a freshman in 2011-2012, Eric played his first season of soccer and earned his first varsity letter. He saw action in six games off the bench and took one shot. He helped the Yellow Jackets compile a school-record 16 victories and a 16-6 record en route to the school's first-ever NCAA Division III national tournament berth.
As a sophomore in 2012-2013, Eric played his second season of soccer and earned his second letter. He played in 15 games, took 10 shots, including two on-goal. He played a key role on defense. BW finished 7-6-4 overall.
As a junior in 2013-2014, Eric played his third season of soccer and earned his third letter. He saw action in 20 games, took 21 shots, including nine on-goal, scored one goal and had two points. BW finished 7-11-3 overall.
As a senior in 2014-2015, Eric Sokol played his fourth season of soccer and earned his fourth varsity letter. He played in 17 games on defense and took four shots, including two on-goal. BW finished 10-10-1 overall.

HOMETOWN & HIGH SCHOOL INFORMATION: Eric Sokol grew up in Burrell, Pennsylvania and graduated from Burrell High School.
Eric played four years of soccer and earned four varsity letters. As a junior and senior, he was an All-Section player. As a senior, Eric was the Section 1 Player of the Year and an All-WPIAL performer. Statistically, he scored 21 career goals and had 18 assists for 60 career points.
Academically, Eric was an Honor Roll student.
