Cross Country Opens 2017 Campaign at Wooster

BEREA, Ohio – The Baldwin Wallace University men's and women's cross country teams under the direction of as third-year Head Coach Joe Eby open the 2017 season in a familiar place as they compete in the Wooster Invitational on September 1.  This will mark the 10th straight season that BW has run its opening race on the L.C. Boles Memorial Golf Course. 

In September, BW will compete in the Ohio Wesleyan University Invitational on September 9, the Hornet Harrier Invitational hosted by Shenandoah (Va.) College on September 23 and the annual All-Ohio Division III Championships hosted by Cedarville University on September 29

The Yellow Jackets will run in one final regular season competition in October before championship season begins.  BW will compete in the Inter-Regional Rumble hosted by Oberlin College on October 14.

The Ohio Athletic Conference Championships hosted by Heidelberg University will be contested on October 28. 

The NCAA Division III Great Lakes Regional Championships hosted by Ohio Wesleyan will be held on November 11.  The NCAA Division III Championships hosted by Principia (Ill.) College will be run on November 19

The Yellow Jacket men finished sixth at the OAC Championships and 22nd at the Great Lakes Regional Championships in 2016.   The BW women placed sixth at the OAC Championships and 19th at the Great Lakes Regional Championships.
