BEREA, Ohio – Under the direction of fifth-year head coach Jim Wojtkun, the Baldwin Wallace University women's soccer team opens the 2021 fall season on September 1 with a road non-conference game against the Kalamazoo (Mich.) College.
BW remains on the road as it travels to Erie, Pennsylvania on September 4 and 5 when it comeptes in the annual Herb Lauffer Memorial Tournament, hosted by Penn State Behrend (Pa.) College. The Yellow Jackets will take on the host Lions on September 4 and then closes out the tournament on September 5 against Fredonia (N.Y.) University.
BW plays its home opener on September 8 when it hosts Oberlin College. The Yellow Jackets will also host non-conference games against Hiram College on September 15, Waynesburg (Pa.) University on September 18, Olivet (Mich.) College on September 19 and the College of Wooster on September 29.
BW has non-conference road contests against Case Western Reserve University on September 11, Adrian (Mich.) College on September 22 and Geneva (Pa.) College on September 25.
Ohio Athletic Conference action opens up on October 2 with a trip to Bexley against Capital University. The Yellow Jackets also hit the road for OAC contests against Ohio Northern University on October 6, Heidelberg University on October 13, Wilmington College on October 23 and the regular season finale against Marietta College on October 30.
BW hosts OAC games against Otterbein University on October 9, seniors' day against Muskingum University on October 16, John Carroll University on October 20 and the University of Mount Union on October 27.
The Yellow Jackets finished the 2021 spring season with a record of 4-5 overall and 4-4 in the OAC. BW advanced to the OAC Tournament quarterfinals.
