BEREA, Ohio – The Baldwin Wallace University women's lacrosse team faced Muskingum University for its Seniors' Day game in an Ohio Athletic Conference matchup on the Tressel Field inside of the George Finnie Stadium. The Yellow Jackets defeated the Fighting Muskies by a 22-6 final score.

Prior to the start of the game, BW honored five senior student-athletes, Academic All-OAC attack Lauren Getchey (Perrysburg), attack Sophia Leuma (Bloomington, Minn. / Thomas Jefferson), All-OAC midfielder Deanna Loukas (Tuckahoe, N.Y. / Eastchester), defender Maddie Macron (Medina), and defender Neveah Tshiwala (Stow / Stow-Munroe Falls).

BW (9-6, 4-2 OAC) was led by Loukas and junior attack Lily Tope (Delaware / Hayes) as they each notched four goals. The Yellow Jackets were also led by freshman midfielder Clare Alic (Carmel, Ind. / Guerin Catholic) as she tallied three goals, two assists, six draw controls and two ground balls. 

Muskingum was led by junior midfielder Riley Hudock as she racked up three goals and two assists.

BW is back in action on Wednesday, April 17 for its regular season finale in an OAC road contest against Ohio Northern University. The game will begin at 7:00 p.m. inside of Dial-Roberson Stadium.
