Football Unveils 2024 Schedule

BEREA, Ohio – Under the direction of sixth-year head coach Jim Hilvert, the Baldwin Wallace University football team has announced its 2024 schedule.

The 2024 schedule features five home games, five road contests, nine Ohio Athletic Conference games and a renewed rivalry.  Game times have not been announced at this time.

BW opens the season on September 7 when it hosts its lone non-conference game and renews its rivalry for the first time since 1999 against Wittenberg University in the 46th Lee Tressel Shrine Classic.

The Yellow Jackets then hit the road for back-to-back OAC games against Wilmington College on September 14 and Capital University on September 21.   BW closes out the first month of the season as it hosts an OAC and Homecoming affair against defending OAC Champion the University of Mount Union on September 28.

After its bye week, the Yellow Jackets return to action on October 12 when it hosts an OAC game Otterbein University.  BW then goes back on the road for back-to-back OAC contests against John Carroll University on October 19 in the 36th Battle for the Cuyahoga Gold Bowl Trophy and Marietta College on November 2.

The Yellow Jackets close out the home portion of its schedule on November 9 when it hosts an OAC and Seniors' Day game against Ohio Northern University.   The 2024 regular season comes to an end on November 16 with a road contest against Heidelberg University.
