Two Baldwin-Wallace College Football Student-Athletes Named to 2010 Academic All-OAC TeamNovember 30, 2010BEREA, OHIO -- Two Baldwin-Wallace College Football standout student-athletes, junior defensive back Matt Bowen (Tiffin/ Columbian) and senior offensive lineman Dan Paterline (Reynoldsburg), have been named to the 2010 Academic All-Ohio Athletic Conference team. Bowen was tabbed Academic All-OAC and Paterline was named to the honorable mention squad. Both played key roles as the Yellow Jackets finished 7-3 overall and third in the OAC.

Baldwin-Wallace's junior tight end, a Columbian graduate, said players from this area don't always get the respect they deserve, with so many Yellow Jacket players coming from Cleveland-area schools. He and B-W cornerback Matt Bowen, a fellow TC grad, have come to feel they are representing not just a school, but an entire region.
