BALDWIN WALLACE ATHLETICS INFORMATION: Rachel Switalski finished off her volleyball career at Baldwin Wallace University in 2012-2013. Rachel had earned her fourth varsity letter as a senior.

ACADEMIC HONORS AT B-W: Rachel is a Dean's List student with a 3.636 grade-point average.  She is also a member of the Alpha Lambda Honor Society and became a Jacket Scholar for maintaining a cumulative GPA above 3.5.  As a sophomore in 2010-2011, Rachel was inducted into the Chi Alpha Sigma honor society. As a junior in 2011-2012, Rachel was named a B-W Jacket Scholar. As a senior in 2012-2013, Rachel was named a Jacket Scholar.

GENERAL VOLLEYBALL INFORMATION: Rachel had a solid four year volleyball career. B-W has recorded a 55-68 overall record during her four seasons as a Yellow Jacket. She has appeared in 390 games played for B-W and has recorded 838 kills, 96 service aces, 186 total blocks and 390 digs.

As a freshman in 2009, Rachel played in her first season of volleyball and earned her first varsity letter. Rachel played in 61 games as an outside hitter and recorded 64 kills, 10 assists, and 27 total blocks on the season. The Yellow Jackets finished 5-27 overall.

As a sophomore in 2010, Rachel played her second season of volleyball and was a starting outside hitter along with being one of the top players on the team. For her efforts at the Salisbury (Md.) University Sea-Gull Classic, she was named to the all-tournament team. Rachel was the team leader in kills with 280 and in blocks with 26.  Rachel was selected to the Honorable Mention All-Ohio Conference team.

As a junior in 2011, Rachel played in her third season of volleyball. She was second on the team in kills with 256,  Rachel was also second on the team in blocks with 43. Throughout the season she recorded 119 digs, and 33 service aces. Rachel was selected to the Honorable Mention All-Ohio Conference team and earned her third varsity letter.

As a senior in 2012-13, Rachel played in her fourth season of volleyball. She was second on the team in kills with 238, Rachel was also second on the team in blocks with 14. Throughout the season she recorded 390 digs, and 24 service aces.
