In the first half, BW (6-6-1, 2-0 OAC) scored the first points of the match at the 38:43 mark by sophomore defender Kelly Gough (Hudson).  Gough's goal was her third of the season as she scored off of a loose ball off a corner kick to put the Yellow Jackets up, 1-0. In the second half, the Yellow Jackets added to their 1-0 lead as junior forward Cheryl Bell (Piqua) scored her second goal of the season to put BW up, 2-0. Freshman defender Kori Miller (North Olmsted/Holy Name) was credited on her second assist of the season.  Junior midfielder/forward Alex Elliot (Blacklick/IMG Academy) would put the game out of reach as she scored her team-leading sixth goal of the season to give BW a 3-0 victory against Heidelberg.
