BALDWIN WALLACE ATHLETICS INFORMATION: Colleen Bonacci played four years of volleyball at Baldwin Wallace University and earned four varsity letters. She earned Academic All-Ohio Athletic Conference honors as a sophomore, junior and senior.

ACADEMIC HONORS:  Colleen is a Dean's List student and carries a 3.83 grade point average and is a three-time Academic All-OAC selection.  She is a member of the Alpha Lambda and Chi Sigma Alpha honoraies and is a Jacket Scholar.

ATHLETICS HONORS:  As a senior in 2013-2014, Colleen was named to all-tournament teams at both the BW Marcia French Memorial (Sept. 13-14) and at the OAC/ HCAC Challenge (Sept. 20-21).

GENERAL VOLLEYBALL INFORMATION: During her four seasons at BW, Colleen helped the Yellow Jackets compile a 61-61 overall record. Individually, she appeared in 95 matches and 322 games and hit .220. She had 704 kills, 168 blocks, 139 digs, 23 service aces and 15 assists.

As a freshman in 2010-2011, Colleen played in all 33 matches as a starting middle hitter and earned her first varsity letter. She was second on the team with 242 kills and 53 total blocks, including 25 solo blocks. She also hit .183 and had 33 digs and two assists.  BW finished 20-13 overall.

As a sophomore in 2011-2012, Colleen played her second season of volleyball and earned her second letter. She played in 49 games, had a .253 hitting percentage with 85 kills, 16 digs and 20 total blocks, including four solo blocks.  For her efforts both academically and athletically, Bonacci was named Academic All-Ohio Athletic Conference. BW finished 18-13 overall.

As a junior in 2012-2013, Colleen played her third season of volleyball and earned her third letter. She played in 43 games, hit .243 and recorded 91 kills, 10 digs and 16 total blocks, including six solo blocks.  She was an Academic All-OAC pick for the second straight year. BW finished 12-16 overall.

As a senior in 2013-2014, Colleen played her fourth season of volleyball and earned her fourth letter.  She played in 29 matches and 112 games, hit a team-leading 239 with a team-leading and career-high 286 kills. She was third with 79 total blocks and had 80 digs, 23 aces and 10 assists. She was named to the all-tournament team at both the BW Marcia French Memorial Tournament (Sept. 13-14) and at the OAC/ HCAC Challenge (Sept. 20-21). Colleen also was selected Academic All-OAC for the third straight season. BW finished 11-18 overall.

HOMETOWN & HIGH SCHOOL INFORMATION: Colleen Bonacci grew up in Stow, Ohio and graduated from Stow-Munroe Falls High School. Colleen played four seasons of volleyball and earned three varsity letters. She also competed in track for two years and lettered twice.

In volleyball as a senior, Colleen was named second-team All-District and honorable metnion All-North East Conference. She also earned honorable mention All-NEC as a junior. She helped Stow-Monroe Falls to the OHSAA State Final Four as a senior and the team won the District title when she was a sophomore.

In track as a sophomore, Colleen was an OHSAA (Ohio High School Athletic Association) Regional qualifier as a member of a record-setting 4 x 400-meter relay team.

In addition, Colleen received the Stow Rotary Leadership Award, was a member of National Honors Society and the National Society of High School Scholars.  She also received the Student Council Leadership Award, was named to the Who's Who Among American High School Students and graduated with Honors
