Men's Golf Takes Eighth at OAC Fall Preview

WEST LAFAYETTE, Ohio - The Baldwin Wallace University men's golf placed eighth at the OAC Fall Preview at the River Greens Golf Course. 

BW finished eighth out of nine teams with a two-day total of 635 strokes on the par 72 and 5,808 River Greens layout. 

The top five leading BW:

  • Senior All-OAC and Academic All-OAC selection Logan Bratsch (Olmsted Falls) tied for third place and had rounds of 73 and 74 for a total of 147
  • Senior Academic All-Ohio Athletic Conference selection Henry Neumann (Broadview Heights / Padua Franciscan) tied for 34th place and carded rounds of 80 and 78 for a total of 158
  • Junior All-OAC Ryan Green (Conneaut / Edgewood) tied for 46th place and tallied rounds of 82 and 79 for a total of 161.
  • Junior Alex Baker (Pittsburgh, Pa. / North Hills) tied for 70th place and shot rounds of 89 and 84 for a total of 173
  • Junior  Trevor Mackey  (Brunswick) placed for 73rd and tallied rounds of 85 and 90 for a total of 175

Playing as individuals:

  • Sophomore Logan Cook (Berea / Berea-Midpark) tied for 63rd place and had rounds of 81 and 85 for a total of 166
  • Freshman Daniel Crane (Commercial Point / Teays Valley) tied for 70th and tallied rounds of 83 and 90 for a total of 173
  • Freshman Zach Hritz (Columbia Station / Columbia) tied 62nd and carded rounds of 86 and 88 for a total of 174
  • Junior Christian Miller (North Lawrence / Tuslaw) placed for 81st and tallied a round of 93

BW returns to action in March of 2023 when it begins the spring portion of its schedule.
