BEREA, OHIO -- The Baldwin Wallace University men's golf team shot a final-round 329 to place 11th of 14 teams on the second of the two-day Ohio Wesleyan University Lamkin Strimer Memorial Tournament at Oakhaven Golf Club in Delaware, Ohio.
Leading the way for BW on day two was sophomore Matt Weiss (Concord/ Mentor) with an 18-hole score of 77 on the par-70 layout.
Junior All-Ohio Athletic Conference player Nick Bryan (Zanesville/ Rosecrans) carded a 79 on day two and finished with a two-day score of 157 to finish tied for 33rd in the 85-person field.
Also on day two, sophomore Brian Routhieaux (Gibsonia, Pa./ Mars) carded an 85 and juniors Mike Falk (Strongsville) and Cory Swaisgood (Fremont/ St. Joseph Central Catholic) each shot 88.
Competing as individuals, junior Tom Jesko (Salem/ Senior) shot 80 and freshman Kyle Lewis (Riverside, Calif./ Riverside Poly) carded an 85.
The Yellow Jackets return to action at the Ohio Athletic Conference Spring Invitational hosted by Muskingum College on April 18-19 at River Greens Golf Club in West Lafayette.
