BEREA, Ohio – The Baldwin Wallace University men's basketball team under the direction of head coach Tom Heil have released its 2023-24 schedule.
BW opens the campaign with two straight home non-conference games against Washington & Jefferson (Pa.) College on November 8 and Geneva (Pa.) College on November 11. The Yellow Jackets hit the road for a non-conference game against Trine (Ind.) University on November 18.
BW closes out the first month of action with two home contests. The Yellow Jackets host Penn State Behrend College in the second game of a men's and women's doubleheader on November 21 and then open Ohio Athletic Conference action against crosstown rival John Carroll University on November 29.
The second month of the schedule features three OAC games and two non-conference games. BW hosts OAC games against Muskingum University on December 2 and Otterbein University on December 16 and travels for an OAC game against Capital University on December 9.
The Yellow Jackets end the 2023 portion of the schedule when they travel to Lexington, Kentucky to compete in the Don Lane Tournament hosted by Transylvania University on December 21 and 22. BW takes on east Texas Baptist University on December 21 and will play either DePauw (Ind.) University or Transylvania in the consolation or championship games on December 22.
As the calendar turns to 2024, the Yellow Jackets will be in the heart of OAC play as they travel to Alliance to take on the University of Mount Union on January 3. BW also plays on the road for OAC contests against Ohio Northern University on January 10, Heidelberg University on January 17, Muskingum on January 20, John Carroll on January 31, Otterbein on February 3, Wilmington College on February 10, and Marietta College on February 17.
The Yellow Jackets host OAC games against Marietta on January 6, Wilmington on January 13, Mount Union on January 24, Capital on January 27, Ohio Northern on February 7 and Heidelberg on February 14.
The OAC Tournament will be contested on February 20, 22 and 24.
