BEREA, Ohio – Baldwin Wallace University men's basketball head coach Tom Heil has announced the addition of Nick Lapsevich to his coaching staff.

Lapsevich comes to BW after serving as the head coach for North Royalton High School the last five seasons. While at North Royalton High School, he was able to win the Suburban League Championship the last two seasons. He also coached a player to win the Suburban League Most Valuable Player for multiple seasons.  

He was a part of the North Royalton coaching for 17 seasons before he joined the Yellow Jackets staff. In those 17 years, he has been teaching health and physical education classes at the high school.

Prior to teaching at North Royalton, Lapsevich earned his bachelor's degree in education from Ohio University. 

Lapsevich resides in Brunswick, Ohio with his wife, Laurie.
