Sarah Gordon Baker '03 graduated from BW in 2003 and was inducted into the Athletic Hall of Fame in 2013.

Baker was one of the most talented volleyball and women’s basketball student-athletes to ever wear the Brown & Gold. She came to BW after spending part of her freshman year at NCAA Division I Bucknell University. At BW, Gordon earned both All-OAC and Academic All-OAC honors in each sport and led each team to the top of the conference standings.

In three seasons of volleyball, she BW compile an 81-16 record with one OAC regular season title, one OAC Tournament title and a berth in the NCAA Division III tournament. She had 1,064 career kills and 1,301 digs and hit .268. On the basketball court, Gordon played in 83 games but missed 34 sue to a knee injury. BW teams compiled a 100-17 mark during her four years on the varsity. She helped lead the team to two OAC regular season titles, two OAC Tournament titles and three NCAA tourney berths. Individually, Gordon scored 877 career points and set a pair of OAC records. 

Following graduation in 2003, the scholar-athlete earned her master’s degree in physical therapy from The Ohio State University.
