Jay Mixdorf enters his second season as a graduate assistant cross country coach at Baldwin Wallace University in 2023.
Mixdorf comes to BW after earning a Bachelor of Arts in business administration from Wartburg (Iowa) College.
While at Wartburg, he was a member of the cross country and track and field teams. Mixdorf was a four-time All-American Rivers Conference (ARC) performer in track and field and an All-ARC selection in cross country. He was a member of the 2021 NCAA Division III Outdoor Track and Field National Championship team and was a Wartburg Cross Country Attitude Award recipient.
